Mark Hilton

Mark Hilton is the managing director of RAM Financial. He is a solicitor and corporate director with approximately 30 years of direct experience. Mark’s track record includes significant commercial, real estate and finance transactions in marine, transportation and waterfront industries and in international shipping. Mark was a founding partner in the leading Canadian maritime law firm Bernard LLP Vancouver, from 2002 to 2015.

He graduated from the University of British Columbia: Law, 1988, and Commerce, 1983, with Honours. Mark has been accredited (ICD.D) by the Institute of Corporate Directors of Canada. He is based in Grand Cayman.
